I bought my seat cupra from longstone edinburgh brilliant service from start to finish took my part exchange gave me a great price car looks like a brand new car drives excellent 5 star all the way would recommend to anyone.

Best car buying experience I've ever had from start to finish longstone team looked after me all the way I bought a Ford fiesta at the right price they took my old car in part exchange and gave me a 6 months warranty free and even filled the tank with fuel I can highly recommend the longstone garage and team

I requested a car viewing for Monday at 5pm, and they said it was okay. As I was nearly there, I emailed to let them know I was on my way, but traffic was horrible—no reply. I called—no answer. When I arrived at around 5:05pm, the place was closed. I emailed again to say I was there. The next day, they finally replied, saying the car had been sold and claiming they didn’t call me because they didn’t have my number. But they did—I can see my phone number in the first email they sent me, which included my name and phone number from Autotrader. A frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Couldn’t ask for a better car company. My first car I purchased from them. I have been looking at other garages online and noticed this one was near by the ones I was looking at. So nosed on their website and couldn’t believe my luck. I seen a Skoda Citigo car. It was perfect. My mum came along with me to make sure I was finding the right car for me. She couldn’t find any faults with it. So that day I seen it I put down the deposit. Only 2 days after purchasing it. Malcolm had been so kind he dropped it off to me in Rosyth. Thanks again Would highly recommend you to anyone who’s looking for a car

Totally agree with another customers review on Longstone Car Sales they definitely deserve 10 STARS.I bought a car a couple of weeks ago and Malcom and Patrick were the most genuine, helpful guys I have ever come accross. Bought my car from here just over a week ago. Love the car! Customer service from Malcolm and his colleagues is great. No pressure (despite visiting many times!), very helpful. Would definitely recommend a look here if you are buying or exchanging a car.
